By using our service, you acknowledge that your document content will be sent to external AI services for processing. These providers have their own terms of service and privacy policies that also govern the processing of your content.

3. Early Access Program

3.1 Beta Service: Our early access program provides free access to our service during development. The service may have limitations, bugs, or interruptions.

3.2 Usage Limits: Early access users can process up to 25 pages per day across multiple PDF uploads.

3.3 No Guarantees: While we strive for high-quality output, we cannot guarantee perfect results during the beta phase.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Acceptable Use: You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

4.2 Prohibited Content: Since your documents are processed through third-party AI services, you may not upload documents that contain:

4.3 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content: You retain ownership of the documents you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your documents solely to provide the service.

5.2 Generated Notes: The structured notes generated by our AI belong to you. However, you acknowledge that similar organizational patterns may be produced for other users.

5.3 Our Service: NotesCraft AI, including our algorithms, software, and branding, are our intellectual property and are protected by applicable laws.

6. Data Handling and Third-Party Processing

6.1 Third-Party AI Processing: Your documents are processed through external AI service providers. This means:
